At Kerala Bygone Fashion, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’re here to help.
Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please send us an opening video of the product via WhatsApp (+919645358645) within 24 hours of delivery. This is to ensure that the product was in the right condition when you received it.

Once we receive your video and your return request is approved, you can proceed to ship the product back to us. Please note that the shipping charges for the returned product will be given.

The product should be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit to given upi id or account number within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
We will be paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be added at the time of refund.
